Samira is an organisational development specialist with 20+ years’ experience strengthening organisations across Europe, Africa, the Middle East, and Latin America.

As former consultant at Ernst & Young, she has advised on strategy, compliance, and governance for both public and private sector clients.

She has led multi-country assessments with PwC tools in the third sector, developed safeguarding frameworks, and supported governments and NGOs on systems reform.

Samira holds a Master’s degree in Business Management and Finance from the University of Edinburgh.
